20th place on - BcPoker - 1500$ new year qual 7#

i win the contest on ranking of 20th, got a ticket for the 1500 dollars toumenent but, also the rewards list say i should have 30$ prize and i didn't get it at all, i also have a screenshot proof of that i deserve to get it.

 

so i really wanna show off but i cant.

live support dosen't reply to me and didn't helped me so ..........

Ur reading this wrong. It's not $30 cash. It's referring to the amount of ppl that win a tix. The top 30. If it was a cash prize, it would be different amounts rewarded to the different rank. Look at the top right corner on the page that says "prize pool" the logo  has a 0 next to meaning 0 ppl get a cash prize. The logo is the Same as the number 30 so that's the "players" logo. The events that are cash prize will say prize pool & amount of cash u win on the logo at the listing of the event. The tix prize say the amount of tix are giving to the main event, in this case +30

firstable thanks for the fast reply it even better than the live support that keep ignoring my messages and not being helpful at all. so you got my respect for that.

 

secondly - that kinda weird, they should update the style of how it goes because it very confusing, they cant just put a dollar logo by the rewards and make everyone believe they will get actually money from a free contest - thats wrong.

this is why i am so mad at the service i got.

 

also they promised to give me a solution for 4 itmes bug of coco bonus that didnt worked even that i pressed it in the second it appear and it keep poping up messages like : you are not VIP14 to get the coco bonus. but i was vip14 for 2 days already and it didnt worked 4 times, i have screenshot and diffrent day even a video. they keep telling they checking it with make it resolve and give me a compensation - thats disrespectful since i waiting on the chats 10 days to be resolved and they keep closing my chats.

should i be worry about the way they handling issues on the websites ?
